Reserves Coach's Report - Rd 14 v Perth

After a couple off good weeks, we had to beat Perth to get even with them on the ladder. But they were more desperate and applied more pressure than us for the entire game.
Again we had another very inexperienced side in this week with Harry Williams and Ryan Wade playing their first reserves game and both showed they have the ability to play at a higher level.
As for most of the season so far we let the opposition get off to a good start and we couldn’t reduce the margin after half time where it was a pretty even contest.
Our skill level and our willingness to work as a team was disappointing especially after the last couple off week where we had made good improvement.
Our better players for the day were Ben Heffernan- Roper, Tim Viney, Luke Newick and Harry Williams.
