Colts Coaches Report - Round 11 vs Claremont

Everything seemed to work for us on Monday as the boys put together one of the best displays of the season to beat Claremont convincingly.

In what ended up being a bizarre set of circumstances the entire team should be very proud of themselves for putting together a four quarter effort. Early on Claremont looked like they were going to take the game away from us but a late couple of goals in the first quarter gave us the lead.

Robert Scantlebury was outstanding in the first half with 20 touches to half time as was the skipper Abe Davey. Best a field was midfielder Ryan Wade along with Alex Taylor, Gavin Armstrong and Clint Bradshaw.

With the bye this week it gives us an opportunity to regroup, freshen up and look to our next game.

Thanks to everyone for your support.
