COSSOM 150 GAMES FOR SUBI!
Three times premiership player Chad Cossom is set to play his 150th WAFL league game this Saturday when Subiaco takes on West Perth at Medibank Stadium.
Cossom, who made his debut in 2000 against Peel Thunder kicking 3 goals, is known for his ability to run and carry the football and create scoring opportunities. He has played in a successful period for the football club and in 2005 represented the State playing against Queensland. A local boy from the Kingsley Junior Football Club, Chad progressed through the clubs talent pathway before playing two seasons of colt’s football, being selected in the reserves grade in his second season and winning a reserves premiership in 1999.
Senior Coach Scott Watters stated “To play 150 games at the one club is a fine achievement that requires a huge amount of dedication, loyalty and commitment. Chad has been an integral contributor to the club’s success and has the capacity to go even further and become one of the elite few to reach the elusive 200 game milestone”
Chad now becomes eligible for Life Membership of the Subiaco Football Club. The club congratulates Chad on the milestone and wishes him all the best for the weekend.
