Goldfields play in the Landmark Grand Final
Last weekend saw the Goldfields travel to Perth and compete in the WACFL landmark competition.
After winning the B grade section last year the recently promoted Goldfields did themselves proud in the top division going through undefeated until the final well they fell short against Upper Great Southern.
Subiaco Football Club would like to acknowledge the outstanding effort by the team in reaching the final along with coach Kody Kelman, GFL representatives Glenn Wilson and Brendan Simpson and all other staff and volunteers that made the trip possible.
It’s an outstanding achievement to first of all get a competitive side attend landmark but the way the team presented itself and their professionalism is a credit to all involved.
