Colts Coaches Report - Round 3 vs East Fremantle

Round 3 was the one that got away for us. It was pleasing that the boys got off to a good start as their pre game preparation was outstanding as well as their ability to stick to the game plan and execute team rules.

There was however a drop at different points throughout the game, mainly skills, which cost us as well as a drop in intensity. Overall there were positive signs and we are not disheartened by the narrow loss.

Players who performed well for us were Alex Taylor out of the backline, Clinton Bradshaw who kicked four goals as well as Tyson Keene and skipper Abe Davey.

This week we face our biggest challenge yet against reigning premiers Swan Districts. It is set to be a tough game as we look to bounce back from a very winnable game.

See you there.
